Snuggles?

So I was browsing an old knitting magazine the other day and came across an article about a woman who has been knitting for homeless animals for 20 years. She started knitting program called the "Snuggles Project". Loving both knitting and animals I had to take a look. Listed on the website they have links for various patterns to make small blankets to place on the bottom of the cages at rescues for animals to feel more cozy and comfortable. Interested, I whipped together one of their patterns called "Snug Harbor" with all my little bits of leftover yarn. The dogs love the bolster design and it's the perfect size to place on the couch for them to snuggle up on. Take a look at the website - they list what shelters accept donations.
